Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the BlueLine Search Group platform ("Service"), operated by BlueLine Search Group LLC ("BlueLine," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BlueLine provides an AI-powered recruiting and applicant tracking platform that includes job description analysis, compensation intelligence, candidate matching, automated outreach, candidate screening, and pipeline management tools.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial of BlueLine AI Lite. No credit card is required. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service by automated means
  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Service's proprietary algorithms, scoring models, or AI-generated content for resale
  • Use the Service to send spam, harass candidates, or violate any applicable laws
  • Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
  • Attempt to access data belonging to other users
  • Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its algorithms, scoring models, AI prompts, interface design, and branding, is the exclusive property of BlueLine Search Group LLC. You retain ownership of data you upload (job descriptions, candidate information). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Data and Candidate Information

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any candidate data you provide. You agree to comply with all applicable employment, privacy, and data protection laws. BlueLine is a processor of your data, not the controller.

9. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate job descriptions, scoring analysis, candidate matching, outreach messages, and other content. AI-generated content is provided as recommendations and should be reviewed before use. BlueLine does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal compliance of AI-generated content.

10. Candidate Screening Services

Phone screening services are conducted by BlueLine screening specialists on your behalf. Screening results, recommendations, and notes are provided as professional assessments and do not constitute legal advice or guarantees of candidate suitability.

11. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services including job boards, email providers, and data providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. BlueLine is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueLine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for up to 90 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted unless required by law.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
